Plastic Injection Molding Machine

Electric Unit: Special computer for injection molding machine from TECHMATION TAIWAN is adopted. CPU divided control program improves the executive speed of control system and operating accuracy of the machine. The heading of cylinder tube adopts PID heating program. Liner transducer control is available for ejecting, mold clamping and injection operations. Provided with high antistatic and anti-power-inteference circuit box, which enhances the dependability and stability of the control.

Hydraulic Unit: Adopting high response speed and high quality imported hydraulic components. Series oil pressure is designed to be 16Mpa. The system pressure flow is proportionally controlled. Different fast mold clamping is adopted. Standard core-out device can be separately provided. Inserted valve system can be designed on large and middle size machines to raise the response speed, sensitivity and dependability of the machine.

Mechanical Unit: Adoption of the integral square steel structure combining the injection and mold clamping units strengthens the stability and hardness of the entire machine. The reasonable designed of oil-way layout on the frame tries utmost place and valve plates outside the frame to facilitate the installation and maintenance, which has strengthened the frame rigidity at the motor installation position, reduced vibration and thermal transmission of the electric control box and reduced vibration noise of the machine.
